New fields:
discounted_price - calculates the price_sell minus 'Pre-cart' discounts
discount_affinity - shows whether a discount is 'Pre-cart' or 'Cart'
'Pre-cart' includes:
Automated percent or dollar discounts with no conditions
Automated percent or dollar discounts with a single Schedule condition that is active
'Cart' includes:
Discount conditions that have cart or customer requirements such as Item Limit, Purchase Minimum, Fulfillment Type, Customer Type, Customer Group, Customer Cap, Customer Event.
