Added new custom_invoice_fields array:
name - the name of the custom field saved in configurations (read-only)
description - the static description of the custom field saved in configurations (read-only)
value - saves the value of the custom field in the invoice

Added a field for outstanding_balance to the response body for the distributor endpoints.
