Resolved the 'INVALID_LOCATION_NAME' error when the location_name specified is not on the first page of 30 results.
External Product API
When "discount_condition_type" = "Schedule" and the new field in the discount UI 'Spans Multiple Days' is not selected, "discount_condition_value" will include an end time but not an end date.
