Customer

Introduced "verification_status" and "verification_reasons" in the GET endpoints. "verification_status" will indicate if a customer needs to be physically verified for either being a new customer or if their driver's license or medical id has expired.

Ticket

Added "product_type" and "product_brand" for each item on the ticket to GET endpoints and webhooks.
