Ticket API

  • Going forward, when Partners create an order or update an order’s status through our Ticket API, the new Treez notification center will trigger messaging to the customer about the change. This functionality must be enabled by the customer in their Config Page > Notifications so API orders and updates can trigger customer order notifications through Treez.

  • Partners can now include a Street 2 field in their API request for delivery orders. The Street 2 value should be used to denote whether the delivery address has an apartment or suite number associated with it.
