Updates for the Ticket API

Ticket API

  • The ticket API has a new condition that will require the submission of a unique external_order_number when building a ticket. This new condition is configurable and when enabled will return an error message whenever a partner tries to submit a duplicate external_order_number when creating a ticket. If you would like this new feature enabled, contact API support at [email protected] for assistance.

  • Partners now have the ability to update the order_status for paid orders in Treez. For example, if an order has been marked as paid in Treez, partners now are able to update the status to ‘Out For Delivery’ or ‘Completed’.
