Update for the Ticket API
Ticket API
Treez has expanded the character limit for the planned_route field in the ticket API from 500 to 10,000 characters to ensure that Partners can successfully submit tickets. Previously, the character limit on the planned_route field was causing a failed response when that limit was exceeded.
