Update for the Ticket API

Ticket API

The GET/ Ticket By Last Update endpoint can now only pull data for tickets that were updated within the last 30 days. If the date limit is exceeded in a request, the Ticket API will return an error stating that the previous update date needs to be within 30 days of the current date. To pull ticket information older than 30 days, we recommend using either the GET/ Ticket by Open Date or Close Date endpoints.
