Updates for the Ticket and Customer API

Ticket API

  • The payment_date field now matches the payment creation date, resolving minor discrepancies.
  • Improvements have been made to the error responses for the preview ticket endpoint.
  • A fix has been implemented that restores data to reports for tickets that were authorized with ACH and completed via the Ticket API.

Customer API

  • A fix is being released that resolves intermittent errors when fetching a customer’s profile via phone number with the GET/Customer by Phone number endpoint.
