Upcoming API Changes for Enhanced Compliance

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of some important changes coming in the 55.1.0 release of our Product API. These updates are aimed at ensuring compliance with regulations regarding infused flower and preroll products. Here's a breakdown of the changes:

New 'sub_type' option = 'INFUSED' for 'category_type' = 'FLOWER': Starting with this release, you will have the option to use 'sub_type' = 'INFUSED' when the 'category_type' is 'FLOWER.' This sub_type is already available for 'PREROLL' products.

Mandatory Fields for ‘INFUSED’ & 'FLOWER': To align with regulatory requirements, we will make "total_concentrate_weight_g" and "total_flower_weight_g" mandatory fields for infused flower products.

Grace Period for ‘INFUSED’ & ‘PREROLL': If you have infused preroll products, these fields will remain optional for the next 90 days, starting from November 13, 2023. After this period, they will become mandatory for infused prerolls.
