This endpoint returns a list of products in which the last_update_at timestamp is after the timestamps defined in the endpoint. The last_updated_at timestamp only updates when the metadata for a product changes. If inventory is sold for a product the last_updated_at timestamp will not change. This endpoint should not be used to track inventory levels.
